OVERSIZE POLE SHIPPING
Any poles over 8ft in length have to be shipped by R&L Freight lines. Shipping is free until December 31, 2011 as long as the customer can pick the item up from a servicing terminal. When ordering pole items over 8ft please call or email us for terminal information in your area. We can ship poles by R&L to a COMMERCIAL address in your city for a $40 charge. Upon pick up of items from the terminal customer is responsible for examining merchandise to ensure there is no damage. If any items are damaged you must refuse the shipment. In the event of damage and refusal please be sure to notify SkinnyWater Products. We will then ship you a replacement order or refund your money. For questions or information please contact us.
WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
SkinnyWater Products warranties against any manufacture defaults and leaking on any pole items. We foam and seal all of our poles to guarantee against leaking and holding water. If you feel that your pole item is holding water or if any other SkinnyWater item you have has some type of manufacture default please contact us and let us know so we can refund or replace your product accordingly.
